We are so excited for you to join us for our wedding weekend! To help ensure a smooth and joyful experience for all of our guests traveling internationally, please read the following important notes about accommodations and transportation before you fill out your RSVP form.
THE STAY: ACCOMMODATION DETAILS
To simplify planning and keep everyone together for the weekend, we have exclusively reserved two beautiful properties - the venue, and a nearby boutique hotel. Our expectation is that all guests attending the wedding weekend will stay in one of these two blocks.
Group Accommodation & Room Assignments: By RSVPing 'Yes,' you are confirming your acceptance to be included in one of our two designated room blocks. To accommodate everyone, many of the rooms are shared rooms (e.g., sharing with another person/couple in a different party).
If you are part of a shared room, we will ensure that all guests placed together are comfortable and know each other.
If you absolutely require a private room (e.g. a single party, solo traveler, or couple), please let us know in the RSVP form. Please be aware that private rooms will incur a higher cost.
Booking and Payment: Based on the size of your party, we will be assigning you to a specific room after you RSVP.
Each room at both properties is unique, which means room prices will vary.
Shared rooms will range from $100 to $300 per person for the weekend. Individual rooms (for solos or one couple) will incur a higher fee, ranging from $300 to $600 for the weekend.
We will reach out to you shortly after you RSVP to secure an initial deposit for your room. The final payment will be collected closer to the wedding date.
GETTING THERE & AWAY: TRANSPORTATION DETAILS
Getting to the venue on Friday, September 11 - Since guests will be arriving from various international trips and flights at different times, we will not be providing scheduled transportation from the airport (BCN - Barcelona) to the venue on Friday.
Please plan to arrange your own travel using one of the following recommended methods:
Rent a Car: This is a great option for flexibility and exploring the region.
Book Private Transportation with a Driver: For your convenience, we recommend booking transportation using a reputable local service like this one: http: //www.carvan.es/
Leaving the venue on Sunday, September 13 - We will be arranging one fixed timeframe for a shuttle service back to the BCN airport on Sunday.
If you would like to be included in this service, you will have the opportunity to confirm your seat on the RSVP form. Please be sure to confirm your reservation on the RSVP form, as we will not be able to add additional seats after the RSVP deadline.
