We are beyond excited for you to join us for our wedding weekend in the Catalonian countryside.

To ensure a seamless and fun experience for everyone joining us from near and far, we have secured exclusive access to two beautiful, authentic properties for the entire weekend: the main venue at Hotel Casa Anamaria and the gorgeous Masia La Palma nearby.

We kindly ask that all guests plan to stay within these two designated room blocks. This helps us manage transportation, coordinate activities, and keep our wedding community together. If you have an extraordinary circumstance that prevents you from staying in the group accommodations, please let us know in your RSVP form.

THE STAY: YOUR ACCOMMODATION DETAILS

Authentic Spanish Charm: These properties are luxurious, historic, and unique to the region, meaning each room has its own charm, size, and layout. This is not a conventional, modern hotel—it's an authentic Spanish countryside experience!
A Note on Room Assignments: To make the most of the limited space and keep costs down for everyone, the majority of the rooms are set up for shared occupancy (e.g., sharing a suite or larger room with another person/couple).
Shared Room Comfort: By RSVPing 'Yes,' you are confirming your acceptance to be included in one of our designated room blocks. If you are assigned a shared room, we will ensure you are grouped with friends or family you know and are comfortable with.

LODGING FEES

Your weekend stay includes both nights of accommodation, for Friday and Saturday.

Shared Room - Shared with one or more known friends/family members | $150 - $300 per person
Private Room - Exclusively for a single party (solo guest or one couple) | $300 - $600 per person

Requesting a Private Room: We have a very limited number of private rooms available. If you absolutely require a private room, please indicate this on your RSVP form. These will be assigned sparingly on a first-come, first-served basis and incur the higher contribution listed above.

HOW TO BOOK

Based on your party size and preferences noted in the RSVP, we will personally assign you the best room after your acceptance.

RSVP: After receiving your 'Yes,' we will secure your room.
Payment Email: Shortly after your RSVP, we will reach out to you directly via email with your exact room contribution amount and details on how to remit payment.
Payment Methods: We can accept payment via Venmo, Zelle, ACH, cash, or check

GETTING THERE & AWAY: TRANSPORTATION DETAILS

Since many of you are traveling internationally, here are our recommended logistics for getting to and from the wedding weekend near Barcelona:

Arriving at the Venue (Friday, September 11th)

Guests will be arriving at various times from their international flights into Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN). For maximum flexibility and to accommodate individual schedules, we will not be organizing a scheduled group shuttle from the airport on Friday.

Please plan to arrange your own transportation to the venue using one of the following methods:

1. Rent a Car: Highly recommended if you plan to extend your trip and explore the beautiful Catalan region. This offers the greatest flexibility.
2. Book Private Transportation: For convenience, we recommend securing a private car and driver. We suggest booking well in advance with a reputable local service, such as http://www.carvan.es/

Arriving at the Venue (Friday, September 11th)

We are happy to provide a coordinated, cost-effective way to get back to the airport!

We will be arranging one fixed-time shuttle service directly back to BCN Airport on Sunday. This shuttle will leave from Casa Anamaria on Sunday morning, and guests staying at both hotels are welcome to reserve a seat.

Securing Your Seat: If you would like to be included in this complimentary shuttle service, please be sure to confirm your seat when you fill out your RSVP form.
Important Note: To ensure we book the correct size vehicle, we must finalize the passenger list by the RSVP deadline. We unfortunately will not be able to accommodate seat requests after May 28, 2026.
